As a key member of our team at CAP INGELEC, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from conception to completion. Your primary duties will include:
- Developing and implementing project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and delays.
- Conducting regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As a senior member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of company policies and procedures, as well as participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
