Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a principal leader and subject matter expert in guiding the transformation into a Model Based Enterprise (MBE).
- Oversee critical initiatives for MBE and assist in engineering enterprise architecture functions.
- Facilitate the smooth introduction of new MBE projects, ensuring that business teams can seamlessly adopt MBE technology solutions and scale these solutions globally through effective architectural practices.
- Take ownership of the comprehensive digital enablers portfolio for MBE, shaping the strategy and approach to meet this essential requirement.
- Provide robust leadership, technical direction, and guidance to stakeholders grounded in enterprise architecture best practices.
- Collaborate extensively with all segments of the Nightwing MBE community to ensure the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a thought leader across various Technical Platform Areas, offering guidance on a global scale regarding industry best practices.
- Foster an agile mindset and assist in implementing and supporting scaled agile practices for both the architecture team and the broader MBE portfolio.
- Engage in technology forums and town hall discussions for the benefit of the MBE community.
- Collaborate with program leadership to define short and long-term visions and roadmaps for the integration of solutions across the MBE portfolio.
- Work closely with existing Enterprise, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity architecture teams.
- Lead the development of the MBE roadmap, incorporating technologies and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Digital Technology or a related field, particularly in large-scale technology implementations.
- At least 4 years of experience with Model-Based Enterprise methodologies.
- Proficiency in working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Capability to provide strategic technical leadership and influence the creation of long-term strategy roadmaps in a virtual environment.
