OPTEVEN, a prominent entity in France and Europe specializing in Assistance and Mechanical Breakdown Warranty, is seeking to recruit an Automotive Warranty Specialist to become part of its Operations team.

Job Overview:
  • Evaluate vehicle failures that fall under warranty coverage
  • Illustrate the sequence of incidents leading to the failure and its implications
  • Process and evaluate warranty claims in accordance with coverage stipulations
  • Accurately document cases for clarity and collaborative efforts
  • Function in a global setting, managing cases in various languages
  • Efficiently handle claim requests to ensure prompt processing
  • Collaborate with field specialists when required
  • Contribute to enhancements in processes and the knowledge repository
  • Deliver clear feedback to clients following assessments
  • Assist Warranty Managers with technical questions
  • Ensure partner satisfaction through effective management of cases
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
- Technical education in automotive fields (minimum Bac pro or BTS MAVA/MVA)
- Background in automotive repair environments
- Excellent communication abilities and a focus on customer service
- Proficient in standard office software
