Sustainability Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability reporting strategy aligned with international standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate data collection and analysis to produce accurate and compelling sustainability reports, showcasing the Group's environmental, social, and governance performance.
- Support individual countries in their sustainability reporting efforts, providing guidance, training, and ensuring consistency in data collection and reporting methodologies.
- Manage and oversee the customization and configuration of the Group's sustainability reporting tool and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant sustainability metrics and data points across countries.
- Develop a systematic approach to data collection and validation, including relevant guidelines and protocols to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reported data.
- Design and develop comprehensive data dashboards within the Group's data visualization tool to showcase relevant sustainability metrics at both global and country levels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sustainability data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and sharing key findings with relevant stakeholders through presentations and interactive sessions to foster awareness and understanding.
- Develop guidelines and training programs to enhance the sustainability reporting capabilities of country-level teams to ensure year-on-year improvements in the availability and quality of the data collected.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of international sustainability reporting standards.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability reporting software.
- Native or bilingual English, both oral and written. French and other languages are a plus.
- International experience is a plus.
