Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering software products that meet the needs of our customers. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
The Software Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, including product roadmaps, product launches, and product maintenance. They will also be responsible for managing product budgets, timelines, and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing product strategies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies, including product roadmaps, product launches, and product maintenance
- Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities, and develop business cases to support product investments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deliver software products that meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements documents, product specifications, and product user manuals
- Strong background in software development and product management
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing product strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Ability to identify and prioritize product opportunities, and develop business cases to support product investments
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to develop and deliver software products that meet customer needs
