Mission

Vous êtes recruté(e) en tant que Retail Manager pour rejoindre l'équipe de la Maison Giorgio Armani. Votre mission consiste à développer et à gérer les activités commerciales des boutiques Armani Outlet.

Compétences requises

  • Expérience : Vous avez une première expérience réussie en tant que Retail Manager ou en un poste similaire.
  • Compétences : Vous avez un réel attrait pour le coaching, la formation et la gestion de projet.
  • Culture : Vous avez une forte culture du résultat et un goût pour l'excellence.
  • Relationnel : Vous êtes excellent en relationnel et vous avez la capacité à communiquer avec enthousiasme.
  • Passion : Vous êtes passionné(e) par la Maison Giorgio Armani et suivez notre actualité.

Responsabilités

  • Stratégie : Vous participez à la définition de la stratégie commerciale et fixez les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.
  • Animation commerciale : Vous faites appliquer la stratégie commerciale de l'enseigne, vous vous assurez du respect des préconisations merchandising et veillez à garantir la cohérence de notre marque et des différents canaux.
  • Gestion de projet : Vous organisez la mise en place d'opérations commerciales et préparez les plans d'action nécessaires.
  • Pilotage : Vous pilotez vos P&L, analysez vos résultats et mettez en œuvre les actions d'optimisation de ces derniers.
  • Management : En partenariat avec les équipes RH, vous recrutez, formez, évaluez, accompagnez votre équipe et vous vous assurez de la montée en compétences de vos collaborateurs.
