About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud PaaS Solutions Architect to join our team at FlexOS Global Pte. Ltd. in France. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales teams and customers to provide expert guidance on cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer enterprise architecture landscapes and technical business requirements through technical discovery.
  • Partner with customers to develop a vision for their future on the Heroku platform.
  • Educate customers on various technical aspects of the Heroku platform and how Heroku products can positively impact their business goals.
  • Scale the role through external and internal education and enablement efforts.
  • Lead hands-on technical workshops and education sessions, including webcasts and presentations.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives such as deal contributions, field enablement, and closed revenue.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Evidence of strong impact in customer-facing work is near-mandatory.
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud platforms required.
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer or equivalent, preferably in the CRM space, is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud, SaaS, PaaS, aPaaS, and IaaS concepts and technologies.
  • Strong development skills with a Heroku language like Java, Ruby, Python, PHP, Node, Go, Scala, Node.js is ideal.
  • Past work experience with databases, integrations, coding, and/or other similar software technologies.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
  • Past experience with retail and consumer goods customers is a bonus.
  • Some domestic travel is required.
  • English and French language skills.
