• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Financial Management: Demonstrate expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to team members, including training and guidance on digital tools such as Isa Compta, Isaged, and Isagi.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a firm, with a strong background in team management and technical support.
• Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
