Senior Data Architect

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our Global IT Data and Digital organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an overall organizational data strategy, including data model designs, database development standards, and data warehouse management.
  • Identify and manage data sources, both internal and external, to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of our enterprise data system.
  • Manage end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform to testing and implementing the proposed solution.
  • Plan and execute big data solutions using appropriate technologies and ensure their full lifecycle and interoperability.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture and delivering large-scale analytics data platforms environments.
  • Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches, and requirements, design, and testing techniques.
  • Proven experience in design and building data models, data domains, and understanding business data products.
  • Understanding of predictive modeling, AI models, and technologies, data mining, visualization, and Machine Learning.
  • Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.
  • Strong and broad knowledge of latest technology stacks and trends, cloud-based data platforms, and data lakes.
  • Experience with data integration methods and technologies.
  • Fluent English and proven practice.
