Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AI & ML Solutions Architect to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer-Centric Solutions
- Understand customers' overall data estate and business priorities to design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Drive positive Customer Satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Ensure solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, and reliability.
- Customer/Partner Insights
- Provide feedback and insights from customers and partners to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results and help customers get value from their Microsoft investments.
- Technical Leadership
- Build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
- Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
- Continuous Learning
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights.
- Collaborate and share with the AI technical community while educating customers on Azure platform.
- Accelerating Customer Outcomes
- Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & reuse to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
- 10+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, with a specific focus on AI & ML technologies and good knowledge of data
- Experience acquired from Partner, End customer
- Technical Skills:
- Technical Knowledge on LLM, SLM, RAG,...
- Be recognized as an expert on ML & ML OPS, knowledge on LLM Apps & LLM OPS
- Proficiency in development languages such as Python, R, Java,...
- Knowledge in AI Orchestrator framework like Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel
- Understand neuronal networks and new Transformer architecture pattern
