The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting buyers in developing contracts and implementing procurement procedures, drafting administrative documents, and contributing to the elaboration of detailed consultation schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers in developing contracts and implementing procurement procedures
- Draft administrative documents and ensure consistency between technical specifications / annexes and administrative documents
- Contribute to the elaboration of detailed consultation schedules
- Verify the consistency of technical analyses, prepare and perform financial analysis, control the consistency of ratings
- Participate in negotiations
- Ensure the reliability and competence of suppliers (professional, legal, financial)
- Prepare tender committee files
- Prepare presentation reports
- Compile and analyze contracts and amendments made by the sub-department, and classify them
- Conduct audits of homogeneous procurement expenses in specific segments and propose an action plan
The Purchasing sub-Department (sDA) is a support function serving the different departments of GrandPalaisRmn, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of departmental expenses. It manages a purchasing budget of 154 million euros.
The establishment is subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Code and is involved in the new Grand Palais project (budget: 466 million euros).
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Procurement or Public Procurement and be detail-oriented with strong writing skills, analytical and synthesis capabilities. Proficiency in office tools is required.
A previous experience in a purchasing department of a public institution subject to the public procurement code would be an asset.
