About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Lead to join our IT department at the AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams in charge of architecture and security, contributing to the development of secure development guidelines, and supporting the implementation of software craftsmanship culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in charge of architecture and security, contributing to Architecture and Security meetings to review and validate Development architecture compliance alignment.
  • Define and share 'Secured Development guidelines' (S)SDLC for technical services as per ISO 27001, and push 'Software Craftmanship' culture following Engineering group standards.
  • Be the owner and support for tools: JIRA / Confluence / GitHub, and contribute to new projects within GIE on Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or container technologies (OpenShift / OpenPaaS).
  • Follow-up IT skills at CIO Office: Developer positions interviews follow up, and BAU Development support for Project Managers.
