The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Tiktok Shop Marketer to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our Tiktok Shop, driving engagement and sales through dynamic strategies, and building meaningful partnerships with affiliates/influencers.

The Challenge

Our company is excited to expand our reach by launching a Tiktok Shop specifically targeting the U.S. market. To make this vision a reality, we need a skilled Tiktok Shop Marketer who can develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive sales and growth.

The Requirements

  • Establish and oversee the Tiktok Shop, ensuring seamless integration with our existing e-commerce operations
  • Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences, leveraging Tiktok's algorithm and advertising platform
  • Create and manage engaging content, including videos and promotional posts, to drive user engagement and sales
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage affiliates/influencers for compelling content, negotiating terms and contracts as needed
  • Track and analyze affiliate/influencer campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies
  • Execute and manage Tiktok ad campaigns, monitoring trends and staying updated on Tiktok's latest features

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong portfolio in Tiktok content marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and sales
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm and advertising platform, with experience in analytics tools and reporting software
  • Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Young, driven, and with a strong grasp of Tiktok trends, with experience in running Tiktok ads (a plus)

Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in setting-up and managing Tiktok Shop/pages specifically for the U.S. market
  • Proven background in affiliate/influencer management, with a strong understanding of Tiktok's advertising platform
  • US-based, with minimal travel requirements
