As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Avril, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our operations. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive food safety culture plan to enhance our site's level of excellence in food safety and quality.
- Update and maintain compliance documents for sensitive equipment across all workshops.
- Support the service in conducting weekly and monthly internal audits.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of certification audits for the site.
- Ensure the application of good hygiene practices during quarterly shutdowns.
- Design and deliver training and awareness programs for personnel on HACCP, BPH, Food Defense, and Food Safety.
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of our document management system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and ability to work independently.
- Methodical and organized approach.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of food quality domain (HACCP, BPH, Food Defense, Food Safety, Hygiene Package).
- Bachelor's degree in Quality or related field (Bac +3/4/5).
- Desirable: first experience or internship in the quality or food safety domain.
- Compulsory: valid driving license (Permis B).
