Akuo is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Senior Project Manager to join its S&E department in Paris. This role will be responsible for coordinating projects in the execution phase, from Financial Close to Take Over, and managing construction contracts, site activities, and cost follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate interfaces between project stakeholders, including project teams, lenders, equity investors, administrations, contractors, and third parties.
- Negotiate and manage EPC Contracts, Turbine/PV Modules/Equipment Supply Agreements, and Balance of Plant contracts based on FIDIC forms.
- Recruit and supervise a site management team in its day-to-day missions.
- Strong background in project management, contract and procurement management, and construction management.
- Experience in negotiation and dispute/claims management.
- French and English mandatory.
