About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Digital Technology department as an Apprentice IT Project Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our sales systems, including OTIS Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and our local system named SCOTT.
  • Develop a deep understanding of these applications and their data model, as well as skills on interfaces between these systems.
  • Collaborate with our contractors to write specifications and requirements, and validate their developments.
  • Assist in the testing of our test environments and monitor production activity.
  • Support the project manager in daily management tasks, including planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

We are looking for a student at an engineering school or university with a strong interest in IT tools and digitalization. Your curiosity for new technologies and ability to bring a fresh approach to the digitization of our administrative processes are essential. You should be methodical and organized, with a critical and constructive mindset.
