Position Overview
The Core Enterprise & ZCloud division is one of the six key practices at Kyndryl. As we continue our transformation journey, we seek a leader with a robust change-oriented mindset and substantial experience in establishing, developing, and operating a Managed and Consulting professional services organization.
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of the Kyndryl leadership team, tasked with advancing our Managed Services business and spearheading the expansion of our Core Enterprise & ZCloud Consulting professional services, which encompass both advisory and implementation offerings.
Kyndryl holds a leading position in delivering Core Enterprise & ZCloud managed services on a global scale, particularly in France. We are now intensifying our efforts to enhance our Kyndryl Consulting capabilities as part of our modernization strategy, aimed at delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Your collaboration with our global and local executive teams will be essential in driving market strategies, enhancing service offerings, and ensuring effective delivery in this domain.
Given the growth potential in this area, your success will hinge on fostering strong customer relationships and facilitating collaboration across Kyndryl and our alliance partners. This role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, extensive consulting experience, and thought leadership.
As the Core Enterprise & ZCloud Practice Leader, you will define the market strategy, ensure the development of skills and capacity, and oversee the financial performance of the service portfolio, from development through pre-sales and post-sales phases.
You will also be responsible for the Talent and Workforce Strategy for the practice, which includes managing the economic model, resource supply chain, and delivery methodologies, ensuring the integration of automation, tools, standards, and asset reuse.
Building strong relationships with C-suite clients will be crucial, as you will gain insights into industry trends and desired outcomes, contributing to billable engagements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting pre-sales, branch management, and business development.
- Recognized expertise in the Mainframe Ecosystem.
- Proven track record in business development and sales accountability.
- Experience in developing organizational capabilities and coordinating business development with technical teams.
- Ability to formulate business strategies for Kyndryl Consulting based on an understanding of both Kyndryl and practice strategies.
- Capacity to engage with internal and external organizations to enhance Kyndryl's capabilities in response to market demands.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior IT and business leaders.
- Expertise in consultative approaches and core systems.
- Commitment to customer value creation through innovative solutions.
- A continuous learning mindset, demonstrating curiosity and passion for Kyndryl's technology and client businesses.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
