General Accountant

Comptalents, a leading service company, is seeking a highly skilled General Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will report directly to the Group Accounting Director and be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling accounting entries
- Verifying and managing accounting entries
- Preparing comprehensive monthly financial statements and annual closing reports
- Ensuring timely submission of monthly tax declarations
- Analyzing balance sheets and income statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Providing support to auditors during audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contributing to the production of financial reports for group entities, both domestic and international
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 5 years of experience in general accounting. Strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of French and international accounting standards (IFRS), and proficiency in accounting software and Excel are essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong autonomy, precision, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work proactively, methodically, and as part of a team. Intermediate written and spoken English is required.
