About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Operational Aeronautical Manager to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing coaching, interim management, and operational diagnostic input to support the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to operations in transformation phases, including reducing costs on non-value added operations, managing crisis management, and participating in business restructuring and its performance.
- Manage operational change as part of a job-saving plan, support projects such as company mergers/acquisitions, and manage the budget and income statement in a transition.
- Coordinate teams in the framework of responses to calls for tenders, including understanding customer needs, analyzing specifications, and developing logistics solutions.
- Be responsible for the start-up of a new activity, leading project teams, managing budgets, and implementing designed solutions.
- Carry out studies relating to logistics processes, conduct quantitative and qualitative studies of the logistics flow chain, and support the implementation of new logistics systems.
Requirements
- 5-year degree-level qualification in logistics
- 15 years of experience in logistics and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead teams
