Widilo by AFILIZA is a dynamic and innovative company founded in 2016, operating in the e-commerce sector. Our mission is to increase the purchasing power of online buyers through our various platforms: Widilo, a cashback reference site in France and Europe, a mobile app available on iOS and Android, and a browser extension.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Owner / Manager to join our growing Product team. As a Product Owner / Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and analyzing new product opportunities based on data collection and evaluation of their relevance to our users
- Evaluating the priority of identified issues in relation to your objectives
- Ensuring the writing of functional specifications for user stories
- Planning, defining, and prioritizing the backlog of features and developments for the product
- Ensuring product demonstrations at the end of each sprint (3-week cycle)
- Organizing product testing
- Maintaining a competitive watch on Agile best practices
We are looking for someone with:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (PO/PM)
- The ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt quickly
- A product mindset
- An analytical spirit with a strong problem-solving orientation
- A passion for technological and digital innovation and a constant desire to improve the user experience
- Product management experience, including strategy planning, feature definition, project management, and delivery of high-quality products within set deadlines
- An interest in data analysis and result interpretation
- Collaboration and communication skills
We offer:
