Role Overview

Your Role as LTQR Quality Assurance Lead:

The LTQR Quality Assurance Lead will report directly to the Quality Manager and will oversee the Lifetime Quality Records Process and the collation of records for a significant program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and guide LTQR standards, processes, and procedures across the program.
  • Establish LTQR requirements through designated Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Formulate and take ownership of the LTQR Strategy and Process for the program.
  • Act as the primary liaison for LTQR activities with stakeholders.
  • Manage both electronic and physical document management systems.
  • Ensure adherence to approved processes and procedures.
  • Create master document templates and forms as necessary.
  • Oversee the distribution and comprehensive configuration control of documents.
  • Prepare data reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Conduct training on LTQR processes and procedures as required.

Key Deliverables:

  • Establish the project LTQR system to capture essential document properties for site, commissioning, etc.
  • Manage the creation of LTQR handover packs and the Health and Safety File.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department and Senior Project Managers to ensure LTQRs are submitted in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Review LTQRs for accuracy and completeness to compile lifetime records and the Health and Safety File.
  • Be knowledgeable about the Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Nuclear and CIP Standards, drawings, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project personnel and clients to establish LTQR procedures and systems.
  • Provide procedural and database management training to future project LTQR staff.
  • Establish a platform for exchanging LTQR data between program suppliers and subcontractors.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • ONC/HNC in an Engineering discipline.
  • CCNSG Safety Passport.
  • Strong IT skills with experience in EDMS and metadata schemas.
  • Effective communication and report writing abilities.
  • Proficient in document management and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Academic or vocational qualification (e.g., ONC/HNC/HND) in a related field or substantial professional experience.
  • Accredited training towards professional registration (e.g., CQI Practitioner Member).
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification.

Experience:

  • Experience in establishing and implementing LTQR solutions for both electronic and physical documents.
  • 5+ years of experience with EDMS automation and LTQR records management.
  • 3-5 years in a Quality role within sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Defence, or Project Delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale projects within regulated sectors, including nuclear or EPC projects.
  • Leadership experience in a Joint Venture or Alliance environment.
