Objective

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide governmental clients through the design and execution of personal documentation systems (such as passports and ID cards), ensuring that projects are delivered punctually, within financial constraints, and meet the highest quality benchmarks.

This role will have a global reach, with a significant emphasis on the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, your contributions will include:

  • Establishing project development strategies, including timelines, budget forecasts, resource allocation, and documentation.
  • Gathering and documenting project requirements through engagement with stakeholders.
  • Overseeing project progress in relation to scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting risk assessments and tracking the implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Providing clear vision and guidance to all stakeholders, including technical teams and both internal and external clients and partners.
  • Assisting business teams as necessary in preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and presenting products.
  • Formulating, managing, and executing the development plans for one or more projects totaling over 30,000 hours.

Candidate Profile & Additional Information

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Technical expertise from multiple international projects with a strong emphasis on systems.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, along with effective management and organizational skills (Agile methodology).
  • A willingness to travel, averaging one week per quarter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pre-sales activities.
  • Background in IT security.
  • Familiarity with the ID and personal documentation sector.
