The Sales Operations Manager is a vital contributor to the Executive Committee, playing a crucial role in defining and executing the sales strategy of the organization.

The primary objective is to lead and manage the development and execution of the company's sales initiatives, establishing team sales targets to meet the strategic objectives of the organization in the medium term.

As a Sales Operations Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead substantial revenue growth across international markets, ensuring the attainment of ambitious individual and team goals while nurturing a high-performance culture within a rapidly expanding team.


Sales Responsibilities
- Formulate and enhance the overall sales strategy in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and objectives.
- Lead the establishment of both mid-term and short-term sales goals, including initiatives aimed at revenue and profit enhancement.
- Design and implement sales tactics to guarantee strong financial performance.
- Oversee sales engagements with Global Key Accounts (GKAs) and primary clients.

- Evaluate the current sales team structure and propose necessary adjustments to foster an efficient and high-performing team.

- Articulate and communicate the organization's strategic vision and priorities to the sales team and stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Provide mentorship and opportunities for leadership development to team members, promoting a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Collaborate with executive team members to synchronize sales strategies across all functional areas of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of sales initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities, and making necessary adjustments.

- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on sales-related matters, delivering insights, recommendations, and performance updates.

Ideal candidates will possess approximately 20-30 years of relevant experience in leading functional roles (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence preferred) within top-tier global companies, with regional or global responsibilities and familiarity with key clients. Candidates should be adept at managing teams and budgets and reporting to senior management.
