About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Graduate Admissions Manager to join our team at The American University of Paris. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a crucial role in driving student recruitment and enrollment for our graduate programs.
Job Description:
The Senior Graduate Admissions Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing, communications, and recruitment strategies to support the achievement of our graduate enrollment targets. This will involve working closely with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to refine the graduate student recruitment campaign and collaborate on various initiatives to drive student engagement and conversion.
In this role, you will also be responsible for managing all pre-application enquiries, providing excellent customer service to prospective students, and facilitating the admission process from enquiry to enrollment. Additionally, you will work closely with the Student Recruitment Team to develop and maintain a network across the AUP campus to better support the recruitment of students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree and higher degree or professionally relevant qualification
- Ability to speak English and French fluently
- Experience in international marketing and student recruitment, preferably within a higher education context
- Track record of recruiting international students and managing multiple deadlines
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
- An understanding of broad marketing and communications issues, as well as how to apply technology in an appropriate way to meet business requirements
- Able to conduct market research and assess market intelligence, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
