Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical and regulatory monitoring
- Implement compliance measures to support strategic and sectoral decision-making
- Draft environmental deliverables/certifications for clients
- Establish capitalization monitoring tools
- Handle REACh article 33 declarations before delivery
- Participate in the proper application of processes related to ISO 14001
- Propose action plans and monitor them
- Manage regulatory projects
Requirements:
- Background in Chemistry, Environmental Law, or HSE Engineering
- Significant and successful experience in environmental regulation
- Expertise in environmental standards and regulations, especially REACh, RoHS, and CLP regulations
