Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Senior Auditor to join our Group Audit IT Team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and performing independent reviews of IT systems, projects, and processes across the AXA Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and perform IT audits, including risk assessments and control evaluations.
- Develop and maintain IT audit work programs and tools.
- Share expertise and experience with the AXA IT Audit community.
- Lead or support up to 8 Internal Audit engagements each year across the AXA Group.
- Ensure compliance with international auditing standards and AXA's internal policies.
- Proven expertise in IT audit, data governance, data analytics, IT project/change management, business continuity, or Solvency II.
- Knowledge of standard IT audit methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Inquiring and analytical mindset, with strong perseverance skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with high level of autonomy.
- Open-minded and dynamic, with ability to work within a multicultural team.
- Engineer or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of IT audit experience or 5 years of IT operational experience.
