About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Coordinator EMEA - MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our global e-commerce team, you will play a critical role in supporting the operationalization of our e-commerce platform, collaborating on projects, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to increase efficiency and effectiveness in our e-commerce operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate content and stay updated on internal and industry trends for strategic insights
  • Monitor and analyze online activity and sales reports to inform business decisions
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and e-commerce trend analysis
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, e-commerce)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital operations or e-commerce
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with the luxury/cosmetics sector
