About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant in the EMEA region. As a key member of our online team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our online strategy across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Online Manager in the operational day-to-day tasks, developing and implementing the online strategy across the region (up to 15 markets).
  • Assist with the QA & Plan for site management, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Support in developing an Online Animation Plan to achieve monthly targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assist with site management of Refreshes, Site Maintenance, E-merchandising, Offers Creation, Testing & QA, e-merchandizing, Site optimization, and other related tasks.
  • Assist on E-retailers and Pure Players daily management requests, to help grow the ECom business.
  • Work on Analysis and reporting on performance (e-commerce & digital marketing channels), providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate the creation, integration, and deployment of Newsletter campaigns, engaging customers and driving brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Student with a higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship)
  • Minimum one experience in e-commerce and digital
  • Fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment
  • Digital addict and passionate about the beauty industry
  • Administrative ninja
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Hands-on' attitude with the love for Initiative
  • Speaking at least one European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, or German)
