Fairmont Olympic Hotel Banquet Captain Job Details

Fairmont Olympic Hotel is a historic landmark in Seattle's downtown, offering a luxurious experience for guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Captain to lead our banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Lead and manage banquet staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours and shifts.
