Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced machine learning models for insurance pricing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our Sales, Product, and R&D teams to identify and develop new features that benefit our clients.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on insurance pricing and risk analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining complex predictive models using GLMs, GAMs, and other advanced techniques.
  • Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a P&C/General/Health insurance pricing role as a Pricing Actuary, Actuarial Consultant, or Data Scientist.
  • Strong understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning techniques for predictive modeling.
  • Experience in actuarial data-driven predictive modeling (GLMs/GAMs) & risk analysis in a P&C/General insurance pricing role.
  • Native-level of French and fluent English language skills.
