Position OverviewOur Mission
The Seeker domain at AVIV is committed to enhancing the home-finding experience, making it enjoyable and seamless. We achieve this by developing a multi-brand, multi-market platform across web and mobile applications that guides users effortlessly to their ideal homes. Our structure is organized into Pillars that reflect the customer journey (Attract, Connect, Retain), with each pillar comprising 4-5 impact teams dedicated to addressing specific customer challenges. This position reports directly to the Director of Product for the Connect Pillar.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Drive significant advertising and monetization projects, collaborating closely with various teams across AVIV to deliver measurable business outcomes;
- Utilize your commercial insight and product expertise to optimize the B2C user journey for monetization and growth;
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with AVIV's strategic objectives and key results;
- Introduce innovative advertising and monetization solutions to the market, focusing on rapid deployment of minimal viable products;
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of your solutions through both quantitative and qualitative metrics, both during testing phases and post-launch;
- Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to balance company revenue, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management;
- At least 2 years of experience with high-traffic products, particularly in advertising or B2C monetization and revenue enhancement;
- The ability to articulate detailed concepts to engineers, convey overarching ideas to stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives for senior management;
- A strong desire to take ownership in a high-visibility role, demonstrating both hands-on involvement and leadership in cross-team projects;
- An entrepreneurial spirit, characterized by motivation and independence;
- A commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, complemented by a data-driven and analytical approach;
- Fluency in English (C2 or native level).
