Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at VALOREM SAS. As a Paralegal, you will provide corporate and administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including social security documents and corporate documents, for our French and international operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal formalities, including those related to company registrations, tax authorities, and notarizations.
- Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including data collection, document management, and coordination with external counsel.
- Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage the flow of documents and information between departments and external parties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of French and international corporate law, including company law and tax law.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
