Event Coordinator and Communication Assistant for the Film Festival

About the Role
The Association is a non-profit organization that aims to promote diversity in outdoor and mountain sports by highlighting women's practices through media coverage. The organization hosts the film festival 'Femmes en Montagne'.
We are seeking a Service Civil-Aide volunteer to assist in the organization of this event. The volunteer will be involved in the association's life and gain experience and skills in logistics and relationship management related to film festival organization in the mountain and outdoor world.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the team, the volunteer will ensure the smooth running of the festival:
- Develop communication while cultivating interest in cinema and appetite for the mountain environment through various missions.
- Assist in setting up a festival showcasing culture and cinematographic production of mountain films;
- Participate in the organization and animation of the festival (before, during, and after);
- Support in meeting and developing local partnerships;
- Participate in events held within the festival and assist in their setup;
- Support communication (press, social media, newsletter, website);
- Support coordination of festival participants;
- Assist in logistics before and during the festival (accommodation, meals);
- During the festival, welcome film teams in collaboration with the guest reception coordinator;
- Foster festival visibility among various audiences;
- After the festival, animate the community of volunteers;
