We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Group UW Head of Operations. This is a key role within the AXA Group, responsible for leading the development and implementation of our underwriting operations strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our underwriting operations strategy, including the creation of business requirements and processes.
- Manage the GUO budget, ensuring that we are investing in our Technical Excellence strategy and supporting the Head of Group Transformation & Operations with administrative and on operational and ad-hoc topics and priorities.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of GUO Transformation & Operations, including leading meetings and workshops, coordinating with key internal stakeholders, and preparing documents.
- Relay key business information between the Transformation & Operations Team and work closely with other T&O Leaders to develop and implement a long-term vision and strategy.
- Experience in helping establish and execute a strategy at regional/global level, preferably involving multiple organizations from different countries.
- Proven experience interacting with Senior leaders and evolving in matrixed environments.
- Experience in managing BU budget (5+ years), procurement strategy (outsourcing, setting up managed services, offshoring), and creating Business engagement & partnerships to deliver results.
- Fluent French, English, and Spanish language skills.
