IT Solution Lead for SAP Maintenance and Inventory

ENGIE is embarking on a major global transformation program, GET, to accelerate and standardize the ERP system and improve process effectiveness. As an IT Solution Lead for SAP Maintenance and Inventory, you will play a critical role in supporting this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize maintenance and inventory processes within ENGIE
  • Work closely with technical teams, supply chain managers, and end-users to ensure efficient and reliable operations
  • Coordinate with business and external partners to build trustful relationships and facilitate cross-GBU coordination and mutualization
  • Responsible for global deliveries on the domain, including quality, planning, budget, and reporting
  • Carry out reporting internally to management and contribute to coordinating project actors and technicians/IT experts
  • Analyze changes to the SAP organizational structure and implement new regulations in maintenance and inventory management
  • Participate in cross-functional project meetings to promote an integrated approach to business process management
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management)
  • Experience in transverse management and large team cross-coordination
  • Leadership and project management experience
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions using SAP functionalities
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
