About the Role
As a Business Performance Controller Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's mission to optimize performance and drive strategic decision-making within CPAM DE LA CHARENTE-MARITIME. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working alongside experienced professionals.
Your Responsibilities
- Enhance reporting tools and processes for greater efficiency and clarity.
- Develop innovative resource allocation strategies to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Create compelling reports and dashboards, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain the integrity of our data by ensuring accuracy and consistency across databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze complex data sets and present findings in a concise and understandable manner.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VBA, Macros).
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
