Role Summary: The Human Resources Services Coordinator is a pivotal member of our EMEA (HR) People Services team, contributing to the support of employees across 23 EMEA nations. This position operates within a diverse team located in various countries, ensuring effective People Services delivery. The role will report to the EMEA Regional Lead, People Services. Key Contributions: The HR Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing first-line assistance to employees, delivering informed guidance and managing precise administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle. The candidate will also assist Regional People Partners in enhancing the employee experience through the evolution of our People Processes and Systems. Core Responsibilities:
  1. Addressing inquiries from employees in France, Belgium, and Switzerland via Service Now, adhering to established Service Level Agreements.
  2. Authorizing data requests in Workday, including absences, job modifications, and global mobility transitions, while collaborating with employees and Regional People Partners.
  3. Executing comprehensive lifecycle processes for employees in coordination with internal stakeholders and the People Services team (onboarding, contract management, probation assessments, offboarding, etc.).
  4. Assisting in the monitoring and fulfillment of HR compliance requirements: local policies, training initiatives, gender reporting, and health & safety regulations.
  5. Developing a thorough understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including employee benefits, and aiding in the upkeep of Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) in our internal repository.
  6. Collaborating with Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data management for benefits and payroll processing.
  7. Maintaining both electronic and physical employee records.
  8. Participating in special projects as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Experienced HR Administrator with a minimum of 2 years in an HR/People Services role, preferably within a global organization.
  2. Fundamental understanding of employment law and Works Council in France.
  3. Basic knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements is advantageous.
  4. Familiarity with Service Centre operations is a plus.
  5. Experience with Workday and/or Service Now is preferred but not mandatory.
  6. Exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
  7. Proficient in both English and French (written and spoken).
  8. Strong skills in Excel and Word.
  9. An organized and solution-focused approach, dedicated to resolving issues and addressing customer needs promptly.
  10. Willingness to work from the office at least two days a week.
