About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our Group Content Factory, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our comprehensive technology portfolio and innovation capabilities to both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies to explain and promote Faurecia's innovations and technology portfolio, with a strong emphasis on our commitment to sustainable products.
- Enhance Faurecia's presence at major tradeshows and highlight our commercial successes.
- Create and develop associated content in various formats, including articles, videos, and infographics, for multiple channels, such as intranet, website, and events.
- Track performance indicators and manage the budget.
- Collaborate closely with other Group Communication Teams, Group Sales & Programs teams, and Marketing & Innovation teams across all Faurecia activities.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in communications.
- Autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills, with the ability to transform complex subjects into clear and attractive content.
- Agile and fast-paced work environment, with a keen sense of aesthetic and graphic design skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple topics and stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and facilitation skills, with experience working in a multicultural environment.
