We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Associate to join our M&A team at Worldline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, developing business cases, and structuring transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis
- Develop business cases and assess synergies
- Structure transactions and negotiate documentation
- Prepare memos and presentations for top management and the board
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance
- Fluent French and English
- Strong analytical and project management skills
