About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to join our team at VO2 Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale factory-type projects in a multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex Salesforce integration projects, collaborating with functional architects to understand and define solutions.
- Coordinate and prioritize project progress, supporting project teams in their daily tasks and ensuring functional and technical translation of business requirements.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external teams, serving as the primary point of contact for client communication and developing Short-Medium-Long-term Solution Roadmaps.
- Anticipate future project iterations, manage allocated resources and project budgets, and identify and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Analyze project performance by defining KPIs and developing reports, and master Agile methodology, including writing user stories, validating test cases, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior consultants in their project management skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Master's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management. You should have excellent knowledge of project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and be proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
