Job Title: Salesforce Sales Executive

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Executive to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our CEO, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth at scale, partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic business priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term GTM strategies to drive profitable growth
  • Build and implement best-in-class operational processes, systems, and tools
  • Own cross-functional transformational projects end-to-end, driving change management processes to transform and scale the business
  • Support the CEO on day-to-day operations, including GTM design, sales cadence execution, and cross-functional alignment
  • Manage and develop a team of highly talented Strategy Business Partners and Analysts

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a business operations role within a high-growth SaaS company or equivalent experience in a management consulting firm
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment
  • Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders
  • Proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles
  • Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Inspirational people leader, with a passion for attracting and developing top talent
