Position OverviewWe are on the lookout for a skilled VIP Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to high-profile clients and is designed for a long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming support calls
- Managing and tracking user inquiries
- Overseeing ticket management within the IT Service Management tool
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Guiding users through solutions in real-time
- Supporting users with both technical and business-related queries
- Ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution
- Conducting follow-up communications with users
- Assisting with the setup of devices
- Customizing support based on individual user requirements
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support
- Coordinating with advanced technical teams for resolution
- Organizing appointments for technical assistance
Ideal candidates will possess a background in computer science, preferably with a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support role is essential.
