Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of a Cross Asset Management & Fund Selection Analyst within our Multi Asset Management division. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our fund monitoring and selection processes.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Implementing the fund monitoring and selection framework through comprehensive analyses, tool development, and identifying potential advancements, particularly in the realm of ESG;
- Engaging in discussions with counterparties to foster collaborative relationships;
- Supporting fund managers in preparing for committees, focusing on our investment portfolios;
- Actively contributing to the investment committees of the team.
You will operate in a global setting, collaborating with a network of experts who prioritize excellence, impact, and teamwork in all endeavors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A higher education degree with a proven track record in similar roles. Previous experience in asset management, including internships, will be highly regarded;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Familiarity with VB development and financial data tools such as Bloomberg and MorningStar;
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and a reputation for teamwork;
- A detail-oriented approach and a passion for portfolio management;
- Mastery of English at a C1 level.
