Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Cashier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that the store is visually appealing.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
