Boost My Shop is a dynamic and innovative company in the e-commerce sector, seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Service division.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and diplomatic professional to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving technical and business-related queries.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accompanying clients from account creation to setup, configuration, assistance, and fixes, utilizing various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via email, Live Chat, and phone
- Coordinate internal trainings and ensure user adoption
- Collaborate with the development team, commercial service, and end clients to guarantee client satisfaction
Requirements
- Native English speaker with a professional level of French
- Excellent relational and diplomatic skills
- Strong written communication skills in English and French
- Sense of organization and rigor
- Knowledge of FTP/SSH, SQL databases, PHP, and e-commerce CMS (Magento, Prestashop)
