Job Title: Vacuum Equipment Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team at L'institut Photovoltaïque D'Île-De-France (IPVF). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of vacuum deposition equipment, including daily checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily checks on vacuum deposition equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks, including reloading consumables and managing stocks.
- Identify and diagnose breakdowns, perform simple repairs, and coordinate with contracted companies for complex repairs.
- Participate in mechanical and electrical lockouts and disconnections.
- Assist in commissioning new equipment and apply health and safety protocols.
- Archive supplier documentation and maintenance reports.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a BUT in physical measurements or equivalent, who is knowledgeable in the maintenance of technical laboratory equipment and can follow a maintenance plan. Experience in a clean room environment is preferred, along with the ability to follow instructions, make adjustments, and troubleshoot. The successful candidate should be comfortable with traceability of controls and have technical English skills.
