About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned CRM professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and secure approval from our EU leadership team.

You will work closely with our Customer Advisors, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing teams to develop scalable and repeatable deal management processes. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights will be essential in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop compelling proposals and secure approval from EU leadership team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and repeatable deal management processes
  • Analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
Requirements:
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
