About the Role
The Global Product Marketing Lead will serve as a key influencer of our go-to-market strategy, helping to identify market opportunities, define product strategies, and lead sales and GTM product enablement. You'll create value-based messaging, collaborate cross-functionally, and be a leader and domain expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver differentiated product positioning, messaging, and compelling content that communicates value and supports a buyer's journey-based sales cycle.
- Support the execution of a GTM strategy that specifically relates to product/domain responsibilities.
- Conduct primary and secondary market, customer, and competitive research to understand market segments, produce buyer insights, and identify new product opportunities.
- Lead in the creation of new product/feature messaging and support product management teams in roadmap development.
- Collaborate with demand-generation teams to build and execute high-response campaigns.
- Enable sales, GTM teams, and strategic partners in positioning Enablon products.
- Provide thought leadership and innovative ideas and bring these to the broader marketplace.
- Build and grow relationships through customer advocacy (CABs, UGs, corporate events, field activities).
- Build and execute cross-functional projects that align to corporate objectives and deliver clearly defined goals and outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B technology work experience, ideally in EHS, sustainability, operational risk, or ESG space.
- At least 5 to 7 years of proven experience spent in product marketing roles.
- At least 5 years successful work experience in managing a global team.
Education
A Master's degree or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field of study is preferred.
