Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our TWG Tea Boutique team as a Retail Associate. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our luxury tea products, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer friendly and efficient services to all guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Promote and sell full range of TWG Tea products, including demonstrations and product knowledge
- Attend to customers' needs and enquiries, processing orders promptly and efficiently
- Maintain brand image and ensure presentation of products in the shop
- Assist with set-up and clear down of boutique operations, including receiving and replenishing inventory
- Handle Point-Of-Sale system and report take-in cash while on duty
- Assist with customer relations, including amicable resolution of disputes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail operations, preferably in luxury goods industry
- Pleasant and well-groomed appearance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and customer-focused role, requiring drive, efficiency, and assertiveness
- High initiative and positive attitude
