  • Health Oversight: Manage employee health initiatives, including scheduling medical evaluations, coordinating health insurance enrollments, handling Social Security documentation, and reporting workplace incidents.
  • Temporary Workforce Management: Create profiles in HR software, oversee temporary staff, prepare employment contracts, validate timesheets, and reconcile billing statements.
  • New Hire Integration: Facilitate onboarding processes by organizing orientation sessions, designing integration plans, assigning mentors, coordinating welcome events, and preparing welcome materials.
  • Internal Communication: Revise and update HR presentations, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.
